Course Content

Module 1 – Before You Prompt: The Rules That Matter
This module gives you the foundation for the whole course. Before you start using AI in HSE work, you need to understand the rules, the course flow, and the mindset that keeps AI useful instead of risky. This module explains how the course works, how quizzes are used, why AI must never be treated as approved automatically, and which two tools you will use throughout the course: the HSE Prompt Formula and the AI Output Quality Gate. It also makes one rule absolutely clear: AI drafts, humans verify, leaders approve.
